Alright, so I'm kind of in somewhat of a dilemma. Tail Lights.

My car is going to be a white/black color scheme.

For example, black rims, carbon fiber hood, white body.

I don't want stock, plain, RED tail lights. That will just look stupid, in my opinion.

Option 1: Tinted Tail Lights (BLACK)

Option 2: These tail lights (Yes there's red, but it will match my brake calipers).



My question is; will these tail lights look too tacky? Too ricey? I like the black because it suits my color scheme, and I wanted them to be plain-ish looking, just with the black, and the best I could find were these.

Sorry if I'm rambling, but opinions would be helpful.

you may consider smoking your stock taillights. not blacking them out, but at least a little smoked

wait, do you have red/white stock tails, or do you have red/white/amber?
if you have red/white, leave them alone

 

^ looks like he has a 96 hatch, i believe they are red clear and amber, either way i say smoke them if you want the black theme going

 

keep stock and just tint them...the ones you posted are ricey
