I'm going to tuck the wheel well along the inside edge of the fender and seal it. How do I get the clips off without breaking the tabs?

No, it's been in "my" possession since 1997. and note: my car was not camber corrected at the time, which makes a hell of a difference.

well I tucked the fender wells, which I'm sure helped, but my car still rubs. There's a section along the middle of the wheel well that rubs, but I can't do anything about it. And I'm really tired, want to watch football and my car is pissing me off again so right now I'm saying screw it.

Does anyone have advise how to tuck the rear fender wells because there's some rubber pad along the edge and everytime I want to roll it it wants to go out instead of in.

And I really don't want to waste money on smaller rims and tires, 17's look perfect on this car imo.

i had the same tires, same offset rims, with the H&R Springs the OP has, and I rubbed on both my EG Civic and my Del Sol (which is still very similar to a Civic). I rolled the fenders on both (the ghetto way) and it turned out fine on both and no more rubbing.

You really want to fix that. The middle section that rubs put a huge gash in my tires. I was lucky that I noticed before it had a chance to penetrate the tire. Take the wheels off, and take a hammer and just keep whacking the part the sticks down in the middle of the top of the well, until it bends sideways enough to give you clearance and not rub.

the EJ6 coupe and EG/Del Sol have different suspension geometries and different fender liners and ride heights, so everything reacts differently.

thanks everyone for your help. Spent some time rolling up fenders and smoothing center section of front wheel wells and nearly all rubbing is gone. I won't have to worry about eating tires or splitting them down the middle. All little refinements can wait until next weekend
