Wait... a WS2 it too loud? ummmm.. ok maybe look into just like a type R axle back or something. But you will not gain any performance. If anything, the slightest little noise you can think of.

Keep in mind, my car is not stock, nor is the motor, so it may sound louder than a 100% stock Civic would sound like with a WS2.

Kfock, I have owned a Megan exhaust. It was about 3 times louder than my current WS2. What type of Megan do you have on your car?

$109 for EK skirts does seem a little steep. I think I have seen them go for $75 shipped. Unless they are painted professionally, then I would consider spending $100 on them.

Check you local CL postings, too. eBay would be fine (if you can find a decent set). Just be sure that they are in fact OEM honda skirts. They'll say Honda or something like that on them somewhere.

You can get them at the dealership, but they'll charge you wayyyy too much! Local junkyard would be a good idea, too. However, my local junk yard is a dirt/grass lot, and it is 3x easier to take the skirt off when the car is jacked up a little. Just to beable to get a screw driver on the underside. And I would not recommend using a jack to lift a car on dirt. Also, if the car's keys are not available at the junkyard, then it will be awfully hard to work around the front wheels when taking off the screws in the front wheel wells.

Stock non-painted, depending on how far he has to ship, I would say about $80 shipped. That's for good condition skirts without any major damage.

There is DIY somewhere out there. I bet some people here have the EK skirts on their EG, too.
