ok time for paint job

okay guys three more weeks until paint job on my 92 civic 4dr. i need your guys opiniono n the price heres what im doing.
whole car is getting painteda crystalblack or a granada black pearl,this includes under hood, trunk, door jams and everything else just not engine bay area, putting on a full polyurethane body kit, flexprimer mustb e used to prime the kit, z3 fenders will be put on and painted, honda emblems will be taken off and the holes on hood and trunk will be covered up and last the fog lights for the body kti will be mounted and connected. oh yea and this is in a booth. the guy said $1500 is this a good price or should i try a better negotiation????

$1500 is agreat price for all that. Are you sure this guy is good?

well hes at the junkayard near me, my friend tested him out leaving a grill to be painted for him, it was done in the booth and it was a phenomenal job. i was extrememly impressed it matched the car perfectly.. wut do u think should i take the chance and go with him?

it is a dark blue i believe the name is harvard blue

wait ur basing how good this guys work is by painting one grill? I would ask for a portflio of cars he's painted and ask him some q's about fitting the body kit

well its a polyurethane kit, not fiberglass so it shouldnt be tough fitment it just bolts on, and i saw anotehr one of the guys cars and it looked pretty good, but thanks for the reply

1500 isn't bad but it depends on how well it is and what type of paint he uses i have painted more cars than i can count and 1500 for everything sounds good but i would definatly check out some of his other work 1st
