Painted bumper covers

My Civic has black bumpers, front and rear. Do I need to replace the bumper covers or just paint the ones I have? It just looks so much cleaner when they are painted than when they are that dull black looking thing.

If your Civic is black i would keep the bumper black but if its not then i'll paint the cover the color the body is now.

i think they look good on a white car. ( i have a white civ) but i have a cf hood black headlights and black and white interior. but it depends i guess. not that big of a deal to me though.
