Default painting ABS plastic

Okay so I just got my lip in, of course in ABS plastic. I am plannning to paint it my car color G-82P-5 Civic Cyprus Green Peral.

I am wondering where is the best place online to buy the paint?

Also do I really need to sand it? Since its brand new out of box with no scratches or anything.

Thanks.

im guessing you no the hole process then, im not sure of a place to buy it on-line..i just go to a local place that sells paint...but for the sanding thing, what you want to do is just give it a really fine scuff up, dont sand it up to much because the plastic has toxics in it which will release if you sand it down alot and this will make the primer very difficult to sick to it, the reason you want to give it a light scuff is because the primer will stick better with a ruff surface
