what do you guys think....i want to paint my car like a SI blue...or something similar. but my thing is...that means i'm going to have to do my engine bay right? i think it would look awful if i didn't...but i don't know. what do you guys think?

 

what color is your car right now?

 

I loved the SI blue color. My current civic is milano red but i want to do either SI blue or black. I think paint the engine bay is cost little more$. What color is your car now?

 

hopefully its black... that seems to be the only color you could get away with. i have changed the color of a car... and painting the engine bay, truck, and door jams was a pain. i wouldnt suggest it.

 

what neon say it true. painting engine bay it gonna end up taking apart the stuff like battey and other stuff that need to get it paint.

 

ya i no some people who got there car painted but they left the door jambs, trunk and engine bay the stock color..its like dark blue and the stock color was red, it looks BAD...you could get away with white or black i think, black would be better

 

so then that's good news cause my car is black.....plus if i get a CF hood on there it will coordinate better i think.

 

doorjams are a must... but the engine bay? doubt that is going to be worth it.

don't get me wrong i like black.....but i want something different....plus with black it gets dirty too easy (with dust) but it's not for sure....i might just repaint it a shinier black
