thanks for the link. I did want to paint it red. The hood needs some a realignment, but i love it. I need the extra air flow to keep the engine cooler anyways.

that actually doesn't work as well as you seem to think. as for paint, i say a tri-stage paint such as milano red, mixed with a pearl or metallic base coat.
