Do we have any manufacturers making patch panels for the Civics?

The reason I ask is I recently purchased a '90 Civic Hatch and has ONE spot of fender rot on the rear of the car. A patch panel would give me a nicer end result than me eyeballing it and going after it with a pattern and sheet metal. This may be a crazy question and if it is ignore it. It's a beautiful car and would really love to fix it.

hm I think there is a post on EF honda I will look it up and yea normal honda rot.
