Needed to rethread a stud, it got stripped in the middle of the stud, so I did some measuring, marked off where I was giong to trim and then couldn't get back to it for about a week due to weather and other tasks that required my immediate attention. By the time I got back to it I forgot whether I marked to cut infront of or behind the mark, well needless to say I cut infront of and now the stud is too short and has to be taken out. Yes they do come out (found that out rethreading one of them the first time around) it's just being very difficult and I don't want to make any more mistakes so I'm waiting for a time when I have an entire day to do ONLY that. Which is why these smaller side projects are getting done before this. The weather here hasn't been very cooperative with it raining every other day. So this is taking much more time that I want it to. It'll get done, hopefully while I will still have a chance to enjoy driving it on the rare sunny days we've been having this summer.
