Default plate holes

Anyone have a good solution to fill these in. I found a site that makes plugs in BMW and Porche colors, so I know my email asking if they have Honda colors will just be laughed at. But my poor 06 si has been mutilated by my dealer and has a screw hole right in the bumper. SO ANGRY

Plus some clear... shouldnt be all that hard to pull off. If you dont clear it you wont be happy after a few weeks in the sun.
