i have a 90 civic sedan lx and im tryin to figure out if it is at all possible to fit a newer civic's console. all mine has is a spot for my shifter and my ebreak but no actual console to store stuff if this is possible please let me know

 

Yeah, but you're going to have to modify some stuff to get it to fit.

 

Well..what most people do is they hit up a 94 integra and use that console. I know that there are some problems if you have automatic seatbelts.

i appreciate that you guys...as a matter of fact i do have auto seat belts and thats another issue i want to address. other than racings seat belts how would i convert them? would i get those from the 94 inegra too?

 

No...you could probably get them from a civic hatchback..i dont know how its set up in the civic ex.


there was a thread on honda-tech about what people were doing with the EX and the integra center console..but i couldn't find it.

 

honda-tech? is that another website? you have to remember im new to the tuner world.....ive hadthe car about 2 months so this is like is like rocket science to me at this point. i know GM cars inside and out and what can be swapped ... but this.....this is a whole new ballgame....i appreciate the info Hailchristian

I always heard the 90-93 Integra console would work perfect with no modification. I have no proof to back that up though. I am interested in doing this my self. Anyone know any more on this? Also could some one please help me on my thread I posted in this same forum on crx interior?
