That is a very good call........I enjoy working for what I put on my car and doing it myself. It's not just looking good....it's also the reward you get for a good days work that you've done on your car.

You know with patience and the know how it might be a project worth under taking. there is nothing like taking a car from someone who is irresponsible and turning it into a monster(I am). Just patience, and think of the money you would spend to do it from scratch when a complete motor overhaul(not rebuild) cost less than the most commen swap(b16 w/no mods even). I might be inclined to watch their dissappointment as they get their *** handed to them by a car that they percieved as slow(and once owned)

Well what mileage is on the car/motor. And the list above is all of the current mods? You have to remember a KID will by a car for the mods, a reasonable buyer will research it and offer according to KBB/NADA value as mods are extra but not generally necessary. Most lenders do not consider mods in the value if the buyer needs financing. If you look at KBB or NADA just be honest on the condition cuz if the motor needed rebuilding the car is not in excellent condition. Hope this helps you.

im not trying to be the outkast here but i think its a good deal to buy a car that is hook up already. for instance i have a friend that just bought his crx with a ls motor in it for about 1k the only thing he had to do was get a new starter and a battery he car had no accidents or anything. also my home gurl just bought a teg for about 3k and its hook up no problems or anything so it depends where you go and what you find cause you can find some good cars.

yeah i'm not saying there's anything wrong with buying a car thats already done up, i was just saying personally i wouldn't. i'd rather do it step by step myself. but its like your saying, a deal is a deal. what year was the teg and how many miles on it. and 1g for the ls crx, DAMN! thats nice too.
