So i want some JDM taillights for my 94 EX 2DR. I've looked around, and found some for around $120. I had a 95, same car, and put red/clear Euro taillights. But the red faded over time, and i don't wanna deal with that again. I actually sold the 95 to a buddy of mine, and he gets pulled over for those taillights.

So...i just wanna know is $120 worth it for the JDM's? Can anyone reffer me to a place that sells them? Thanks!

Have you checked ebay? If not thats a great place to start.

 

I got a set not too long ago.
So far, I haven't been pulled over for them yet; they are D.O.T/S.A.E stamped though.
I'm considering putting something to protect them from UV rays that causes fading (I think).

 

That's the first place I looked. But all the JDM Taillights are for Hatchback's, none for 2 doors! I guess i'll try my luck with the Euro's. The last set I bought for my girlfriends 92 Accord, got fogged up and did the fish bowl thing. I since sealed it with silicone, but water is still trapped inside. Maybe i'll just seal them before they're on the car to prevent that.

those arent JDM. you do know the only difference between USDM and JDm tails for that model are the reflectors, right? the JDM ones dont have them. the USDM ones do. no one will hardly notice, but they are cool to have for the ones that do notice.

cmon mxs, you should be up on the subtleties of every generation, even the ones different from your car.


I just dont want the poster to pay for JDM and get aftermarket. but the red/clears do look good. My JDM ones are in storage now, and Im sporting the red/clears for awhile.
