Hey im trying to decide if I should go ahead and buy some racing seats like the ones they sell on Strettsyler.com I have been looking at the Evo 8's with the red stiching......My problem is I saw some racing seats at pepboys and sat in them and they felt a little tight......im 220 lbs so im not that skinny but im not huge....lol but yah do you think those evo 8's are gonna be small as well?

My only other option would be to just get my seats re-done in the color I want with red stiching so ya what do yall think?

 

A lot of seat manufacturers offer different widths for their racing seats. How much are you looking to spend?

 

The evo 8's are the same shape as the "mugen" ones I got and I fit in them perfectly (I'm bout 6' n 250). Tho it's hard to say exactly if you will or won't fit but I was worried too about fitment (sat in a one piece bucket at Miller raceway and it was a squeeze to get in n out) but as I said the evo 8 units fit me perfectly.

 

I'm 6'4 260 and racing seats are a must for me... my stupid stock seats send me flying around... my benz, however is amazing... the seats are air pressure controlled so i have them squeezing the heck out of me... I hate moving while driving.
