Default Re-Paint Front and Rear Bumpers

Ok, so when I got this car it had some dinks and scratches, which was fine with me because they arent that noticeable. Now the bumpers really bug me, the front is missing a lot of paint and the back one has some white crap on it. I was wondering how I should go about painting them. What paint should I use? How should I sand it since they are plastic? or should I just take it somewhere and let them do it? I plan on getting a new front grill and lips so I wanted to just paint them all together. Let me know what I should do. Here are some pics.

pics dont work, but yeah you have to sand off the old paint and make it smooth, then use a couple of layers of paint and a couple of layers of clear

Your paint code should be on the door jam, you can buy the paint from any auto store (if your gonna use spray paint cans)

well with plastic bumpers get some kinda plastic paint premoter.. just helps the paint stick to the plastic bumper.... without that stuff the paint can just as easily pop loose again...
also be sure to scuff the bumper up and use somekind of cleaner! plastic bumpers can be the hardest things to paint that lasts...

if you drop the parts off to be repaired make sure the paint shop has a warente on there paint job!
so if they dont do it right and it flakes off again they will have to redo it...

ok, sounds good. I think I will give it a shot. Ill just see what autozone or kregan has as for paints and clear coat. I'm guesing they will have some sort of primer for the plastic too. Thanks a lot and ill post pics once i get my new grill and lips.
