...a 1997 Honda Civic Si. Black in color, 5 speed standard. 1.6L L4.

I got it off a friend in town. He sold it to me for $700. It's in a pretty bad shape. It needs body work, needs to be cleaned out and needs some parts.

I came onto here for some general advice. I'm looking to buy some parts, including a windshield, rear tail light assembly, and several small things inside. I'm not sure though which online stores sell the aftermarket parts I'm looking for.

Can someone give me some advice? I'll take some pictures of it soon to give you Honda guys an idea of what I came across.

well for the windshield a junk yard is a great place to start, as for the others craigslist is a so so place, or the bay (ebay), lol. Or if you have money to give out you can just get the OEM parts from a honda dealer.

 

Eh... bout 115 or so for a brand new windshield with lifetime warranty so id go for that...

Tell me the inside parts you need I am parting out a civic and I can grab them out the car if I still have them...

As for taillights.... Here Ya go...

 

I haven't seen any 97' Civic Si cars around. That why I'm resorting to the almighty internet to get some aftermarket parts. The windshield shouldn't be a problem in here, but other parts might be.

Is there any website that sells inexpensive aftermarket parts and ships to Canada? I need stuff like tail light assembly on the trunk and quarter panel, inside visor clips, all the carpet, interior plastic for the dash, and a rear bumper. I realize those parts are awful hard to ship, but anything to get this car roadworthy.

 

I have seat headrests... lol you wanna buy them?

Edit: And when shopping for parts online refer to your car a a 97 Civic EX.. You have a canadian SI which is the same as the US EX..

You sure that eBay is a good place for me to buy it? Remember I'm from Canada so it might cost me customs to get it shipped up here.

 

Oh I got headrests, lol just took them off to clean.

Canada doesnt exist so I would imagine there is not ill look around and edit this post if I find one.
