Default Replacing Headliner questions

I am going to replace my headliner and after doing some research i see that you need to remove the pillars. How do they come off? Do you just pull hard or is there some trick to get them off?

Thanks

Do i need to remove the screw and this panel to get it off?

Your supposed to use a panel puller. It fits right up to where the clips are and allows easy leverage without breaking the panel.

^ not much help with the kind of clips that hold them in, they are metal tabs that you just pull outwards and the pillar will come off. Same goes for the c pillar covers as well.
