Default REtinting taillights... i think it looks beter!

well here it is.... i did have the whole taillights tinted.... but after having alot of people run up on me i decided to change it up alittle...

cause the lower section is completly clear.... i still have my backup lights and a clear line for my turn signals so HOPEFULLY no one will run up on my @ss anymore.LMFAO
BUT i still have 2 more options to do which i will do eventualy..
1 drilling holes into the stock lower housing and put in a bunch of these pre-wired superflux 4-chip LED
and put some red ones in thier to realy light it up nicely... that way people could still see my red brake lights still

also using a few of these white superflux leds in my 3rd brake light...
which should make it realy nice and visable for no worries!!!!!!!

short video of me playing with one of those white superflux leds

also got rid of the raised letting for a beter look

and BEFORE i swaped the old cold cathodes for these strips...

tho the led strips cost ALOT MORE BUT they are perfectly... cause they are fully flexable.... and also fully water proof!!!!
notice the side tubes which are still in cold cathodes.. but as you can see thiers a few either shorting out and some with clearly about to burn out or damaged

those will be replaced with these long @ss ledflex strips! i just need to save up alittle more money... but they are well worth the extra money!

i had ruffly 100bucks in my old cold cathode setup not including all the silicone and channeling to hide the bubls along with alot of zip ties.LOL
this flexled strips i figure ill have about 250bucks in them once i buy them all... maybe alittle more but not over 300bucks tho..
and then ill have the peace of mind and never have to worry about breaking any tubes... and never have to worry about water ever again either
i gotta buy a few more led strips to put them over my rims as well

love these things

how do you take the tint off? can you just use paint thinner?
