I'm sorry but I say RICE! Hey, if you like it, get it. I'm sure other people have different opinions. There are some mods that are pretty cool.

 

Nooo way...im not looking for a car, i just typed in 99 civic to look at parts they had for my car and i came across this...

 

Oh okay. I think is RICE then but again it has few nice mods.

I gotta jump on the bandwagon and say RICE. The performance mods are nice but the body kit and paint [:'(]!

 

RICE. The back of that car looks like S**t. $12,000 for paint and kit. What a retard. For that, he could've turboed it.

the back of the car looks like crap, the front is not to bad except the 1 wiper he gots going on, and the inside is to white, it looks like he took a spray can and sprayed over everything, hahaha and the "civie" in the seats, thats a joke
