Default rim sizing help

Hey guys,

I have a stock black 94 civic EX coupe, and I was thinking of putting on some new rims. My question is, I only want to go 15''-16'' and I was wondering if the smaller wheel sizes would look awkward? Would it be better if I just went up to 17''?

also, I'm between these two color choices:
black w/ yellow lip

(I was thinking of adding yellow fog lights)
black w/ red lip

im 50/50 on which color to choose.

Personally I think 17's look perfect, and I'd say go for those rather than 15-16's.
Also the red pin stripe would match your taillights more so than the yellow matching your fog lights. In my opinion they'd look a lot better. But then again, I find yellow to be ugly looking on most cars, especially when contrasting colors.

15's or 16's would be good enough, but 15's might a little small. 17's IMO would be kinda big on your civic. so i would go with 16's. i would go with the black with red lip, although yellow lip would be rare and would stand out, in a good way i guess.

I'd definitely go with the 16's. And I would pretty much bow to your car if you got the red lipped rims lol. I'm not a big yellow guy. Makes me stick out my tongue.. But the black with red-lip are pretty much super sexy. But thats my opinion. Whatever you think'll look best and makes you feel good.

thanks guys for all the input!
I'd also like to know if this website can be trusted.
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/home.do

I'm picking them because they're really close to where I live
and I could just pick up whatever I buy, but I don't want to
waste my time if they seem shady at all to you guys.

thanks for all the help guys!

Have you ever seen 17's with low pro tires?

on the rim color, it depends what color your car is
post a pic of the car and we can better input our opinions

go with 16's. When I had my Civic I wished I bought 16's. The 17's IMO look fine on my Del Sol though because it's got that "roadster" bodystyle.

oh, check out wheelsnext.com they're pretty good, if you don't order right around christmas
