Default scratches on stereo and...

hello. I have a 2005 Honda civic coupe SE. I have noticed for whatever reason I have a bunch of little fine scratches on on my stereo display. Its the 6 disk changer that came with my special adition package. Just wondering if there's a way to get those out? I Live on a dirt road so I think that some dust got on the display and I must have wiped it off not knowing that it would scratch. Any help would be Great. And one more thing, I have a scratch near where my keys go inthe ignition, like on the black interior by the steering wheel. Any ideas to remove that? Thanks...

Hello. Thanks for the advice, but could explain to me a little better on what you mean. Like to I get car wax and buff it onto the stereo display? Thank you very much for the help. Those little scratches are driving me crazy.

I bet this stuff: Liquid lens or something like it would work really well. They also have those cloths that don't scratch that you should probably get. Like the ones that you clean eyeglasses with.
