Will sparco seat mounts fit to tenzo R Type R seats?

more than likely, probably not. I've heard a lot of seats and rails need slight modification

it all depends, the brackets might be to short or to long or to wide or to skinny and that would require cutting and welding and a big mess, but mabey it fits but the bolt holes dont match up..then you got to make new holes for the bolts

The bolt holes not lining up seems to be the most common issue. I guess the best thing to do, would be to call both manufacturers and see if you can get the dimensions, compare the two, and go from there.
