Default seat is starting to fray

Hi all,
Just bought a 2007 Civic about 3 weeks ago. Love it so far. One problem. The cloth panel on the side of the driver's seat is already starting to fray - it seems like it's from the seat belt moving against it when I put it on and off. I'm sure I could buy something to cover that part of the seat belt, but it seems like something that would have happened to other people too. Just wondering if anyone has had the problem. Thanks!

Hi The Moogly,
I've tried attaching a photo. Hopefully it's clear enough - I had to downgrade the quality because the file was too big.
