I would love it if you would post on how to do that..looks great.
Thanks, I might start on it tomorrow if I get a chance, it is like five minutes to do, but it is so cold up here in OH. And I hate doing anything outside when it is that cold.

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE 1 DOLLAR GRILL FOR CIVIC
Alright take your front bumper cover of and unscrew grill from the bottom. Then on the back or your grill there should be maybe 8 screws holding two parts of the grill together.

SORRY THAT MY PICTURES ARE SO BIG DIDN"T WANT TO MESS WIHT THEIR SIZE ON PHOTOBUCKET.COM CUZ IT CUTS OFF THE PICTURES AND I HAVE TO RELOAD THEM AGAIN

Then pull out this thing(one of my favorite tools)
[IMG][/IMG]
be sure you know how to use it, or use something smaller I really don't want you to cut your hand of foot of when making this grill.

Cut out all the inside

If you didn't do such a good job cutting around it don't worry ones you put the grill on your car you won't really see all of that.

man i might have to try that. i got 3 rolls of that crap in my garage.
Myne wasn't in a roll it was just rectangular piece

Than those 8 screws that were holding the grill together use those to attach the gutter covers to the top piece of the grill.

Alright here is the longest part in the prosses get a metal cutters and start cutting around I do it one wire at the time.

After you all done than put the three pieces together. And after all this hard work you are done.
And it also works on accords or any car that has two piece grill.

Nice job there, Vovka86.

Can't see from the pic, but did you paint the mesh or leave it silver color?
