I just think they look better on the 99-00 models with the foglights that come with those bumpers...its more of a personal thing with me than anything. Id rather have a mugen or spoon replica lip on my 98. If i had a 99-00 cx instead then id prolly want a type r or si replica lip. You get the idea..
