Someone Tried To Jack My Car ..Should I buy This???
ok last weekend someone tried to steal my hatchback. I already have the top of the line viper alarm and wheel locks for the si's, but when i came out from the club on saturday, my hood was popped. I know hondas suck and you can reach up in the front bumper and pop the hood. I guess they were trying to undo my alarm or somethin, anyway, should i buy these??

i think that this is a good way to keep my hood from ever being popped again, but my only question is where on the hood would i place these? i know towards the front, but i have never had any experience with installing these on a metal hood. Thanks

i was going to say get some lowering springs but your cars already really low, i dont even see how they could get there arm under your front bumper...but i was reading my viper manul and even tho iv never tried i think even if they take off the postitive the alarm will still go off, you could put a switch inline with your ignition wire and hide it REALLY good so if they would try to start it they couldent, you could weld on a couple spikes to your latch so when they go and open it they cut there hand open but you no the way to open it so you wont cut yourself lol <thats a good one, but i wouldent get thos..i dont think they look good at all
that seems like a decent idea. they will go up near the front of the hood, right inside of the contour i believe. they install about the same as normal hood pins. and hey, some razor blades glued up inside the fender around the cable can help too
KILL SWITCH! ---hide a toggle switch someplace & hook it into your fuel pump or ignition----cant start it ---cant steal it---(only if they tow it[&:])
i like the raxor blade idea
maybe a manual valv inline taped into one of your rear brake lines? stop on the brake close the valve and viola locked brakes. along with a kill switch of sorts might prove agrivating if trying to steal the car.

they dont go in though the bumper, they go in through the driver side fender lining. Reach up in there and check yours out, Im willing to bet its all hacked up.
A good thing to do is rerun that cable (youll prob need a new one though) thought the engine bay out of the reach of any owuld be theives.

If I were you, Id just padlock the hood shut. (My car got stolen two weeks ago and Im still bitter). The system you have in mind looks pretty good though. Just one more thing a thief would need a key to.
