Default stock lip?

I ran over a curb dead-on and I was wondering if I lost anything underneath. I've attached a picture of what the front of the underside looks like.

The bottom of the black lip (what I "think" is the lip) has holes for something to clip on. Is there supposed to be something here?
This is a '93 Civic DX 4DR btw.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea what the holes are for though?

The "toilet" shaped ones in a row near the front?

I think they are just there for water drainage and air flow.

Cool. Just to be on the safe side though. Check this thread in about 24 hours in case someone else sees something that I missed. Its always a good idea around here to do that.
