*Get New Rims - i got the Chrome 1's for 250 w/tires on it thats why im rocking it.
*Drop,Lowered it more - its already Drop/lowered w/ Tein S-tech springs, want to drop it more just dont know what to use P.S looking for a cheap and reasonable price im thinking about getting the Skunk2 Coilovers only $295
*JDM Fog lights

definitely get rid of the chrome wheels and the blue lug nuts. and your list of mods would definitely make your civic look good

 

What he said^^^. All your plans are pretty much the normal route to take. That generation of civics arent too good for building HP, so stick to making it look clean.

Id slam it on some white with a polished lip or bronze wheels. +1 on great color...about the best for that car.

"Sfazngiants" is the blue lugnuts really that bad LoL just asking alot of people kinda like it
"plethoric33" yeah im trying to make it look clean and nice since its a automatic
and on the rims im thinking of a regular 5spoke or the 5star looking ones if thats how u call it im thinking of Red w/black lip on it or the gold ones or bronze or white.

please do not do the red with black lip lol that would look horrible [IMO]

 

You can get away with a lot of colored wheels on that car, but red with a black lip would not be one of them. haha. Id say go for gold or bronze with a polished lip.
