Default Suggestions for a new front bumper plz

...long story short: the previous owner of my '97 Civic EX says that the front bumper of the car was hit by a blown semi tire on the highway which would explain the split in it (whether it was the truth is not the issue). Here is my car...

The bumper now has rivets and a blue lining along the split making the car look like Frankenstein from the front, as you can see. I talked to a professional and he suggested that it is beyond repair by easy means such as Bondo+touch-up-paint and I should purchase a new bumper.

I am looking for something that isn't too low to the ground as Wisconsin tends to have mediocre roads but something flashy and of fair-price (less than $300). Any suggestions?

You could just get a stock bumper from a junkyard, ebay, craigslist,etc.... for a good price. Then get a $100 front lip. Wouldn't be too low to the ground, and would be under $300

I'm going to guess that it has the rest of the body kit too, in which case a stock bumper and a lip would look wierd as heck. I've always been fond of r33 and buddyclub2 bumpers, I think the r33 would look better black

I say either fix that bumper (if you have a friend that knows how to lay fiberglass) or get another r34 bumper... then again, I might be a little biased towards r34 kits, being the owner of one... I really should get that thing repaired and back on the car lol

don't do the stock with a lip.. everyvody does that.. and like somebody already said that if your car already has a full kit it would look stupid with a stock bumper with a little lip on it... i say fiber glass that one or try finding a new one of that one.. caue it looks awesome other then the crack

just get a new r34 front bumper. people will always suggest to get a stock bumper because that's what they would want, not you. just get what you want.
