It was posted on another topic that seats from a 94-01 teg would be a direct bolt on to aEG civic. Would seats from a 86-89 teg or 90-93 teg be a direct bolt on to a EG as well?

I'm not sure how he's answering his own question... the years he's asking about are completely different than the ones in the threads. I'm guessing this is the thread you were talking about - https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_529502/tm.htm ? Unfortunately, without saying what generation your civic is no one can help much.

 

I said it was a EG civic, which is 92-95.

 

I thought they made the EG's in the 4th gen too, my bad. I would expect that the 90-93 integra seats would work... maybe with minor mods, but it should. I don't know about the 86-89 though... I looked briefly online and only found things about 94-01 integra swapped though.

 

Ok. I think I need some new seats. :P

I was wondering because I don't really want to just focus on newer model Tegs. I'll have a better chance at finding an older model at an auto wrecker and steal those seats. I don't think my Cx seats are that great.

 

Ya I don't know what to tell ya, your best bet is going down to a junk yard and just taking measurements to see if it would fit.

 

i just got a set of 92 teg seats, i will let you know how they fit up, and if modding has to be done. DIY will be made.
