around here, if you have a ticket for something (like tint) and they find out that you STILL have illegal tint...they will hit your *** like no tomorrow...same for speeding, if you have a decent ticket (more than just one or two over, like 10 or more) and get another one before the old one goes away, they just see you as being irresponsible, and give you an even tougher time...

No AC jason??.......I hope you live somewhere up north lol
haha yep i live up in saskatchewan, if your talking north from the states haha. it gets pretty damn hot here, and i made it through last summer in my POS escort ZX2 with no a/c. im thinking that since im keeping the car, im gunna pay a grand and get A/C put in.

haha good idea man. i got my tint mainly for looks, but also because my car has no A/C, it will keep it a little cooler in the summer. what if you dont wanna take it off? can you just pay the ticket and risk the fine again?

P.S, where do you live?
no you have to take it off

Just went to get tinting on my new '07 Civic LX yesterday. I like the 5% but I decided the legal stuff is good enough. It looks good. While I was waiting for the work to get done, some guy comes by and asks if the tint guy can give him a receipt that says his illegal tint was removed without actually removing it. They gave him the runaround and he left. To me, it's just not worth the hassle...

where do you live? where I live you cant have any tint on the front at all. I am ALWAYS going to have some sort of tint. After I get it takin off, im either going 5% again or 20%
