front bumper off, there should be some screws holding the smaller inner grill you are talking about (althoguh i've heard on the 7th gens its a little more complicated) and then just install is the opposite of removal. Ebay fitment might not be good, but you get what you pay for, althoguh my ebay Type-R fit perfect.

Taking off the front bumper is SUPER easy, no more than 10 minutes... there are a couple bolts in the wheel wells, a couple bolts (pressure clips) just under the hood, and a couple pressure clips under the lip... take them off and the whole bumper pops right off when you tug on it! Once the bumper is off you can get to tthe pressure clips that hold the inner grille in.... get ready to rumble with those, they will be VERY VERY tight and you'll need to just pull, push... whatever you gotta do to take em out!
