i understand that, idk its all a matter of taste. i used to like the whole ricer look a few months ago, and it took alot of people bashing me to realize how nice a clean car looks. i used to think body kits = nice, stock = slow and gay.. i soon learned that people with stock outside put all their money on the inside. just compare the different types of cars. its your car, no one else drives it besides you, so it should be up to you, but you got to expect people to give you their opinions

^ I agree with that completely. Don't get me wrong, I've never liked body kits and such, but I'm certainly not going to bash another guy for liking them. To each their own.

i dont consider giving opinions bashing either.. bashing would be like me saying " those sideskirts are ****** ugly as hell, and look at the tape, thats almost as bad as my jdm tape holding my intake on".. well that kinda disses mee too.. but you know what i mean lol. bashing is making fun of the guy and the car, not just opinion on the car lol... done kthx

hey supersize i dont know if u was doin it jus to make a point or not but u might wanna take a closer look the side skirts they are the only body pieces besides the front fenders that are stock my side skirts that im having worked on at the moment will tie the car together so you all can see it flow then even though im sure yall wont like it and im sorry but in my opinion a lip kit is not modifying even though it probally takes jus a lil more skill to put one on than it does a bumper jus not my style

Anything that's not factory = modification

For example, my old civic when I bought it:

My old civic before I sold it:

Size: 45.0 KB

It's clean and almost all the exterior parts are oem honda parts, but it's still blatantly modified.

The lack of skirts isn't what's throwing it off; it's that you're taking a car that has very few natural body lines and putting bumpers with a lot of hard lines and excess scoops that's throwing it off. The kit doesn't flow well with the car.
