that is nice. i just got my type R kit on a couple weeks ago. How'd you connect the rear corners of the lip? mine are coming lose
Show me a pic... how did you connect yours? And where's it coming off?

Check out the exterior DIY section we have, it will show you basically how I put mine on... but I did mine a bit differently.

No pics of it right now, but the sides are screwed almost on the bottom of theoriginal bumper, and the corner pieces are screwed diagnolly

I'm also going to finish up my valve cover tomorrow and take pics.



Anybody interested in buying a Y8 polished valve cover? It will look like a mirror. Seeing as I have an extra one I'm going to polish it up.

It's lowered, but I didn't want to go anymore than 1.5 because I live in ****ty Pothole, Pennsylvania.

I finished painting my valve cover today. Yesterday I stripped off the old paint and today I gave it two coats of duplicolor red and two coats of duplicolor clear. You can't really tell but they clear has shiny flakes in it.

I'm going to give it a day or two to cure before I put it on.

Did you tape over the v-tec? or did you use another method to paint it? Anyway looks great man.
