only problem is i leave for work in 15min, so i'll be able to email anyone who wants the DIY tonite after 10pm. sorry guys, hopefully the admin puts it up before then.

Does the clear coat have to be hi temp too? And it doesn't matter if you get paint in the holes?

Yes, any kind of paint on it should be high-temperature, even the clear coat.

yea the clear coat should be high temp too, but good luck finding it, and yes you can get paint in the holes because it will only go right through onto whatever you have the cover resting on, i'll take pictures tomorrow for you guys with it installed.

I'll try to get one too. Mine is "okay." I didnt take the time necessary to do it 100% right, so its not all that great. Plus my dumbass buddy tried to pick it up before it was completely dry and put a nice thumbprint on the right edge, i almost kicked him. I'm thinking possibly this weekend re-doing it, but who knows, i might be tied up with other things

Are there any concerns in taking the Valve Cover off? Is there anyway to mess anything up? I want to do this, but I'd hate to screw up my car in the process.
