Default Waterlogged...

Ok... so I'm getting pissed now. When I bought the car it came with these crappy tail lights that seemed to leak in the back panels into the trunk. So I siliconed the crap out of them and the problem seemed to go away, until today. It's been raining for the past few days I've been driving around a bit and noticed a bit of water inside the trunk again only on the left side. I started flipping out and cursing and after doing that for a while noticed water around the plastic clips that are close to the wheel well, I looked inside the well and there is another plastic clip in there with water bleaching around it... wtf..!?!! Looks like water can get in from the tire spray... Why would they make little plastic clips go through to the outside of the car without silicone or some kind of barrier? So now I have to take the whole friggin panel off which goes from the trunk all the way just behind the drivers seat in one piece. I need to check out behind those panels to see where any water may be coming in and seal it up so I can sleep at night again. Anyone ever have this problem...? Any suggestions...? Help..!!! I hate water...!!!
