you mean black or chrome?

anyway, depends how the rest of your car looks and what color your car is. I prefer black myself. Put up a pic of your car and we can give some opinions on which would look better.

looks: tint, debadge...keep it clean looking

if your done with i/h/e and don't plan on changing them you could look into getting hondata s100 or something similar and get it tuned so your exhaust set up is running at its best

Unless you're running turbo or something big under there, getting hondata and tuning is pretty much pointless

Do some small stuff first! Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, headers, intake manifold, chip, sway bar, strut bar... you can even change the cams, pullies, clutch kit. I wouldn't dive right into a turbo, plenty to do b4 that, unless your made of money. Most people will cheers you on your car, if it looks simple, and not like a fighter jet, + handling and acceleration go hand in hand.

Stick with stock spark plugs. Aftermarket ones are not going to do anything for you unless you're running turbo and need a step or two colder.
Stock wires work just fine. Bigger wires are not going to do anything for you unless you have a lot of HP. Same goes with the distributor cap. You don't need an external coil.
He said he has a header.
You do not need to chip your ECU for tuning unless you are running a build (aftermarket cams, pistons, rods, etc.) and/or turbo. Do NOT install an eBay chip.
Why would he install strut bars and such without upgrading the shocks/struts and springs first?
Underdrive pullies are overrated and just rob power from your alternator, electrical system, etc. You shouldn't really need those either unless you have a lot of HP. If you don't have a lot of HP pullies aren't going to make a difference.

To the OP:
i think black headlights would look good on your car instead of chrome
