if you think flat black is overly done, i vote for bronze but a bit darker than in the pic you posted.

If you want to be different from everyone else, then cut off your right arm, get a tattoo of a naked sailor on your forehead, shave your legs and eyebrows, and wear some lipstick, that's unique in my book.

I vote on a slightly darker bronze than pictured. I hate seeing flat black wheels the majority of the time. I always think of steelies.

maybe its just the pic, car looks like a dark orange. But none the less i think any black will look the best.

$150 is better than no 150 LOL

So I decided on a semi-flat black (true flat black looks weird, and satin black is more or less the same as semi-flat); two of the wheels are about to be wet-sanded for the color coats (primer's already on them). I'm actually taking pictures for a wheel painting How-To (my index card method), so expect that to be written up and posted sometime tonight. I bought a can of clear, so depending on how the paint looks when it dries, I may or may not clear the wheels.

I'm actually going to be saving up for some Rota P45R in flat black w/red pinstripe:

17x9", +25mm offset up front, 18x9.5", +25mm offset out back.

I just wanted to do something to the stock wheels so they look a little better until I can afford the $1600 in wheels/tires (BFGoodrich T/A KDW2's aren't cheap, especially in 275/40-17 and 275/40-18 sizes).

So how long until you get the Rota's? Those are clean as hell.
