It's a stock Si spoiler for the 1999-00s

Quick google search (don't know anything about the websites)

Not sure why it's a 99-00 if it (fits 96-98).....

1999-2000 Honda Civic SI 2dr Factory Style Spoiler (Fits 96-98) Vis Racing Sports Inc.

alternatively, find a different one like it

Vis Racing Sports Inc.

and then this place

KGS Racing - 1999-2000 Honda Civic SI 2dr OE spoiler w/ LED 3rd brakelight - At KGS Engineering

99-00 coupe OPTION spoiler, not just si

Pretty easy to locate one on craigslist or something. I got mine for $50 off an electric blue si... usually go for $75-$100 by me. It will fit all coupes 96-00. There are even little dimples on the underside of the trunk on all cars for where to drill. You will know if the spoiler is oem because it will have "CIVIC" on it.
