Default window off track big problam

i have a 2000 civic ex with power windows and my driver side window came off track so bad it acually pulled the rubber weather strip out of the door next to side mirror. how do i go about fixing it. my window came off track all the way up side of door. i live in ohio and the weather is very changeable luckily today is a nice day to work on it (no garage) step by step would be great after taking off door panel>>>thanks

This should help a bit; I never had to mess around with the weather stripping however.

Hopefully your regulator's not bent.

all the civics of our year seem to do this. Loosen up the front track bolt slide the window in the track then put the window in the back track tighten the bolts. once the window is in the track spray silicone spray in the tracks will prevent it from happening.

In order to take off the door panel there is a screw behind the door handle, the lock, the pocket, the speakers then pull firmly and it will all pop off. I have done this on quite a few cars and made quite a bit of money fixing them
