window tinting legality?

in michigan, it is pretty much anything on the back windows, but you can only legaly tint the top 4 inches of the driver and passenger and windshield

Texas = 25% all around, if you have two outside mirrors, then you can have the rear windows being whatever you want.

here in pa it is suppouse to be 35% but i got pulled over 3 times and won 2 and lost one and got chewed out by the judge because officers die because of tint because they can't see in the vehicle to see what the driver is doin...it was fun gettin yelled at by a judge

I ain't trying to start a flame fest and all... But I'm one of those guys who has to walk up to that blacked-out window at night and it ain't fun! Ya get used to it and learn to deal but it still ain't no fun! I do write tint tickets,,,sorry guys but I try to compromise with people and drop a lot of them.


And as far as gettin chewed out by the judge..OH man.. I'm glad somebody enjoys it!!!! I sure don't! LOL

Yea you know thats what My wifes dad said. he was a highway patrol officer. Unfortunatlely he was hit by a drunk driver while pulling someone over. but miraculously he survived. Props to you........

yeah i have about 45% tint and the legal limit is 50% with a certificate. and its not inspectable without the paper... unless of course you work at a dealership.

bakinwagon i agree i never thought of that before the judge was yelling at me. thats why i just ripped it off.
