Wire tuck (sort of)
So I decided the other day that I would move the battery and fuse box to inside the car and clean the engine bay and paint it a little better than i did the first time.. so heres some pics. the battery is now behind the drivers seat fuse box is bolted to the center console and between there is a battery disconnect for "security" purposes. and it looks cool. lol here you go...

I am not sure that the car battery is well suited for the passenger compartment. It is filled with concentrated sulfuric acid and can release noxious and flammable gases, as well as corrosive chemicals.

The battery will soon be moved to the trunk. just gotta get longer cable. but it won't stay there.

It'll look great once you get everything tucked away and get that k in (go for a k24 with a k20a2 head if you have the cash). But what's with the red on the driver's side strut tower?

and I got the shift boot from advance auto parts for 10 bucks. it's decent.

wow... that old paint was crap....... 
looks better BUT for a good wire tuck it helps to make the engine bay alittle smoother... scuff and put some bondo over the weld pinches and weld in filler plates on those open holes.... its the little touches that make a nice custom touch
and definatly dont leave the battery there and dont just slap it in the trunk! put it in a sealed box thats vented to the outside...... that or upgrade the battery to a sealed battery.......
at least its a step in the right direction
i plan on wire tucken my 96dx by the spring. tho will be alot easier to tuck it with the motor pulled
