I was wondering if anyone can explain to me how to wire my halos to a switch. I know the black wire is suppose to be the ground. Where does the red one go if i want a switch??

 

black to a chassis ground
red goes from the headlight to one side of a switch, and the other side of the switch goes to a +12v constant. just make sure you fuse the wire at wherever you get power from. and both halos can be wired into the same switch

 

Sry im still new at this but what and where can i find a 12v constant?

you can get 12 v from either the battery or the ignition harness. you can prolly get the wire colors at the12volt.com

Ive read somewhere here that I need a relay. What is a relay or do i need it at all?

 

for just 2 halos, you shouldn't need any relays. a relay is just a type of switch. and if you are running your own switch then there is no need

 

I heared that if i dont put relay then my car might get caught on fire. And do i need a fuse? And how would i connect a fuse to the circuit?
