I live in Oklahoma and my windows are tinted pretty dark. The summer here is Godawful without window tint. I think it's 20% all around, maybe darker.

alot of people don't know this but you can get a waiver from your doctor if your sensitive to light or if your fair skinned and susceptible to skin cancer that would not only allow you to get limo tint but also tint your front windshield. but you can expect to be constantly pulled over.
