I have a 2008 honda civic lx 4 door automatic. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the solution to the problem i been having with my H.I.D lights and what the issue I been having is that when they are powered on, they are not blinking but they are sort of bouncing. Not like crazy but they are bouncing. I have the slim ballests and I also have 5000k bulbs. I can't seam to figure out the problem with these. I have replaced the bulbs and ballest and still having issues. It seams like the lights are getting possilby bouncing from the engine. But I dont understand how that could be. Nothing is touching the engine and the orginal lights never did that. I even adjusted the lights so there evenly project. If someone could help me out with the fix for this. The beam bounces and doesn't flicker. Your guys surgestions would be greatly apperciated. Thanks guys.

 

Your ballasts aren't grounded to the chassis well enough.
