I have a 2004 Honda Civic I would like when the high beams are switched on that the high and low beams come on together and also I do plan to buy hid upgrade kits for the two sets of lights . I know it involves relays which I am familiar with but just not sure how this will work ?

 

Wells its actual pretty simple you'll have to get a wiring harness which is what I usually use on all my HID installs and acquire a bi-xenon kit....
