Default fog light help

im looking into buying fog lights for my 99 ex coupe, it doesnt seem like they would be too hard to install the only problem is that the stock bumper has the intended area for fog lights solid, would i need to cut this part of the bumper out? how would i do that?

yes you would need to cut the bumper. You can use a dremel to make the cut

When I installed my oem fogs I just used a hole saw to cut six holes to make one large opening for each fog. This is what the OEM directions say to do, and it was cake because the surround takes up any play. Obviously, measure three times and cut once. You only have one shot at it.
