Default Interior LED lights

The interior light in my DD has been out for a while and I've been lazy to replace it. Looking at trustdestructions CR-Z with interior LED lights makes me want them. Brighter and I would imagine last longer... Just wondering what are some good ones to get that are reasonably priced. Links to websites would be nice. If they work and I like them in my car I'll probably get a set for my girls car since she's a bit paranoid at night with the town her school is in...

I found these on amazon. There seem to be a ton of different kinds at different prices. Just looking for something that'll work and is cheap.

Thanks!

I've dealt with them buying leds and stuff, really good company. Well known, SUPER fast shipping, overall they were awesome.

hey the first link you provided Civicexracer..i got those for my interior..they freaking suck! They look all good because there's a bunch of little bulbs but when you put those suckers in makes the inside of your car look like a kitchen light(white light)..and the light is pretty low if you ask me. I didn't wanna throw mines away so I just used it for my trunk light.

i had the oznium dome light and while it was nice, I think the ones from superbrightleds are nicer. The oznium kit is kind of a pain because you have to tuck the wires somewhere and kind of have to rig it so that the LED square stays in place. Also, IIRC, mine quit working randomly one day.

Superbrightleds has direct fit festoon bulbs with a small LED circuit board on them where the glass would be on an incandescent bulb.

scroll down to "3022 High Power 4-LED Festoon bulb", that's the one you need.

Thanks for the tip! Yeah I just did a quick google search and that's what came up. Just used it more as reference really.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah although the oznium does look like a nice kit, I was a bit concerned about the fitment, wires and placement of the LED square. I do like the direct fit bulbs but just didn't know if they were as good or not. Not a bad price either.

The oznium unit has more LEDs on it and might be a little bit brighter, but I find the one i recommended to be quite bright enough

I also really recommend doing the license plate lights while you're at it... adds a real nice finishing touch to your exterior lighting. For those I recommend the "WLED-xHP6 Wedge Base Bulb" (10th item down)

with direct fit leds defiantly spend the extra money for the HP, high power ones from superbright leds. http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...sp=%2F1157.htm

those HP tend to have a wider angle and that means a much nicer even glow!
and if you want better interior lights. then go to oznium and buy some led flex strips and stick some under the dash or under the seats in white of course for a really nice bright interior and just wire them into the dome light or door triggers ground, easier to tap into the door trigger sensor since ya dont have to drop the headliner then just run a fused power wire to the light, and use the ground wire on the light hooked up to the door trigger.
