I have a 00 civic ex and I want to get some fog lights for it. Is it illegal to have yellow fog lights in Illinois?

im sure its not illegal. The IS300 has them

 

honestly the law states you cannot have more then 2 forward driving lights on at one time do they enforce it not really, but if you are driving down the road with 6 of them on then yes u will get pulled over . counties differ .
